Belfast’s Newest Go Forecourt Opens at Twin Spires Complex

1, Mar 2017 | News

The Ortus Group are pleased to announce the opening of the Go Forecourt at Twin Spies Complex, Falls Road.

The new Go Forecourt hosts 6 pay at pump spaces and work has begun on a brand-new convenience store which will allow an in-store payment option. Completion of this unit is set for Spring 2017.

The petrol station is part of a major regeneration project at the Twin Spires Complex to assist in the current infrastructure update of the Falls and Shankill area. The redevelopment of the Twin Spires Complex in partnership with Go Forecourts highlights the increase in demand for services in the area.

The petrol forecourt is the only station on the left-hand side from Poleglass to Belfast City Centre taking the Stewartstown – Andersonstown – Fall Road route. Access to the filling station is via Falls Road with parking on-site.

Between the petrol station and upcoming convenience store there are expected to be 25 new jobs on site. This is following the launch of food-on-the-go retailer, Greggs at the complex in January which has brought 12 new jobs to the local area.

“We are pleased to welcome the Talkin Heads team to Dairy Farm Shopping Centre. The business has been a leading salon in Colin Area for many years and their relocation allows them to continue to serve the local area as well as grow their client base within Dairy Farm.

Dairy Farm Shopping Centre has recently gone through several redevelopments and we are looking forward to announcing a number of new retailers and services coming to the centre in the coming months. In addition, our monthly market is continuing to grow taking place on the first Thursday of each month and continuous events throughout the year. We urge you to keep in touch via Facebook for all centre updates.”
