Sean is a Chartered Commercial Property Surveyor and sits as a member on the board of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Northern Ireland. Sean has 20 years commercial surveying experience and has degrees in surveying and business finance. Sean has undertaken numerous property redevelopments and strategic negotiations for high profile purchases opportunities for Ortus and private clients. Sean provides a professional service and valuation advice to a wide range of clients. Sean is highly regarded as a specialist property management and development surveyor and is highly regarded within the surveying profession. Sean is a director of Ortus Property Services and is the head of Ortus property, managing a team of experienced property professionals to develop the commercial property folio and assist in the socio economic benefits of creating opportunities of business growth, development and employment.
Our experienced property team are split across our sites so each of our tenants have a dedicated contact person at all times. Our property team are responsible for the day-to-day running of the company properties, lettings, health & safety and contract & maintenance management.
Twin Spires Complex & Westlink Enterprise Centre
Chris is a Property Executive for Ortus and is primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of the company’s owned and managed properties. Chris joined Ortus in 2005 and has a wide range of skills in Property Management specialising in health & safety and leasing. He is responsible for lettings, carrying out regular property inspections to identify environmental and health & safety requirements in line with current legislation and ISO quality standards.
Chris has a strong working relationship with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is the current chairman of RICS Matrics Northern Ireland and, in addition, represents the region as a member on the RICS Matrics UK Board.

Noel joined Ortus Property Services in October 2012, since then he has been an integral part of the growth of Ortus Group. He is responsible for property development and also plays a role in the a day to day management of the Ortus portfolio including Twin Spires, Boucher Business Studios and Dairy Farm Shopping Centre. He has extensive range of experience in property management, lettings, property development and liaising with private and corporate clients.
Dairy Farm Shopping Centre
Mandy has over 10 years` experience within Ortus Property Services, her main role has been within the property management to private clients, where she overseen the day to day management of a variety of property types including office buildings, shopping centre and industrial estates.
Her role entails both landlord and tenant relations, staff management, assisting in the development of both client and owned property development plans, appointing and overseeing contracts & maintenance issues. Dealing with rent arrears and service charge administration. Ensuring H&S compliance, sales & lettings, PR and event management.
Our maintenance team are always available across the sites to assist with any ongoing service requirements. You will usually find them located at the Twin Spires Complex but they are responsible for maintenance across all Ortus Group owned sites.
The Ortus Property Services finance team are responsible for the financial transactions of the business including sales invoicing, management of purchase invoices, budget management, credit control, and preparation of monthly management accounts.
The Ortus Property Services communications and marketing team are available to assist in the generation of marketing initiatives across sites and joint promotions for the complexes. The team output a quarterly tenant newsletter and provide event management to onsite activities.
The Ortus Property Services administration team are responsible for a variety of complementary services including daily postage sort, outgoing mail, photocopying and laminating documents and other administrative duties.
